3. ANTENNA DIECASTING
The Visiosat dishes are cast from SMC material with a metal
mesh to reflect the waves. The antenna is then placed in a
mould pre-heated to 150°C then subjected to a pressure of
several tons. This high-temperature moulding method ensures a
perfect manufacturing quality, giving all antennas an identical shape.
